Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization (NPCR) is a consortium of Twin Cities' colleges and universities that collaborate with community organizations to enhance the capacity of the partnering organizations. NPCR has several programs to connect neighborhood organizations to university resources, such as its Applied Research Assistantship Grant Program, its Minneapolis Neighborhood Information Systems (MNIS) group, and the University Neighborhood Network (UNN) which arranges neighborhood projects as part of university courses. NPCR is administered by the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
